The guesthouses provide a range of style and ambiance, from the converted rice storage barn, to a modern brick-built Thai bungalow. All are decorated with flair and elegance, employing textiles, crafts and paintings by leading Asian designers and artisans, many of them local.

We do not have air-conditioning in any of our buildings because the climate here does not require it – but there are ceiling mounted fans in all villas. All accommodations have western style toilets and hot shower systems.

WILD ORCHID | LOTUS | FRANGIPANI | YLANG YLANG | HIBISCUS

WILD ORCHID

This delightful wooden building, built on stilts, was originally a rice storage barn, and is over one hundred years old. It was transported and reassembled on our land to provide perhaps the most rustic of our accommodation options. Upstairs has a bedroom with two single beds and ceiling fan. There is a small terrace with seating, overlooking the gardens.

The small pantry and shower room are downstairs.

This accommodation will suit people who like to experience the way local people live their lives.

LOTUS

Set overlooking a pond, this brick built Thai-style bungalow has two en-suite bedrooms with queensize beds plus a small lounge and kitchen.

There are terraces on three sides, giving views of the delightful gardens and fishpond and opportunities for outside dining and relaxing.

The small kitchen is well equipped for cooking.

Access via steps (2 entrances). Terrace areas have safety barriers.

FRANGIPANI

A modern version of a traditional Thai building, furnished with taste and elegance, and set overlooking a pond. It has terraces on two sides.

This villa features a queensize bed and a bath with bubble massage airjets. The bath is within the bedroom area, but is screened for privacy. There is a small kitchen at the back of the house.

Access via steps. There is no safety barrier to terraces. Not suitable for young children.

YLANG YLANG

This modern interpretation of a traditional northern Thai wooden house has beautiful views over mountains, gardens and ponds. There are terraces with seating on two sides so that one can enjoy the sun or shade, and it is very near the swimming pool area.

This accommodation features a queensize bed. There is a well-equipped shower room. The bedroom and living room are separated by concertina type wooden doors. There is a pantry in the living room. Acess via steps. There is no safety barrier to one terrace. Not suitable for young children.

HIBISCUS

A spacious, brick built Thai bungalow with two double en-suite bedrooms plus lounge and proper kitchen. It has beautiful views of paddy fields, gardens, swimming pool and mountains, and there are several terraces from which to enjoy these views.

Access is via steps. All terraces have safety barriers.
